Building wooden raised plant beds

Because the greenhouse is so tiny (2m x 2m), I wanted to use the space in an efficient way, without compromising a peaceful feeling when stepping into it.

As some plants grow a lot higher (tomatos), than other (carrots), the beds needed to be adapted, so that the vegetables are comfortable to reach and harvest.

The beds are made mostly from (cleaned up) reclaimed wood and a few garden fence poles.

My loyal drill sits on the chair waiting for me to fix the final bits of wood on top of the lower bed. These borders around the beds not only give it a more finished touch, it’s also useful to place small gardening equipment, or just for leaning on without hurting your forearms.
